i've finally find good texpad, but there are some things that makes me really mad :)

1. why HEX editor is missing?
2. ok, no HEX, but when i set external HEX editor in function "Open with...", it will start the application, but it will not open the document within. where is the problem?

Because Twistpad is a Text editor and a Hex editor has never been considered.



I can confirm there is indeed a problem with open with, and will be fixed for the next version.

You can configure your Hex editor in the tools section, which has the same effect as the Open With.

well, HEX is just a kind of view of the text document. Is possible to make a simple HEX editor as a plugin?
