Hi,

I'm assuming you mean the modified, added and deleted colors don't match the theme.

The compare colors are not supported by the editor theme color set. You need to set up those colors to match the background of the editor in the Preferences \ Files \ Compare section manually

	File comparison looks very bad if the theme Brownie. :( BTW, my dream is theme HotFudgeSundae from Notepad++. ;)
