When i use a full screen 3d program (aka game :-), i will get kicked back to the desktop when desktask updates its display.

Thanks for the report.

Next version will include an option to not refresh the list when a full screen application is detected. It's a workaround due to DeskTask architecture since it's difficult to avoid this erratic behaviour.

The next version should be available soon, most likely this weekend.
