Hi, I do have a problem with Desktask, because when I run it, a message of error appears in my screen, it says:

"can not find the specified module" (well, my windows is in spanish, I hope this is the best traslation)

I hope it can be a solution, because if this program funtions like you say, it will be a great utility to my work.

You're Windows Version (95/98/xp etc)
and the Oulook Version you have installed.

It might be, that your outlook is damaged
I guess only uninstall/reinstall can fix it.
