Running a Windows-2000-System I've problems with refreshing DeskTask entries while the DeskTask is covered by other application windows. For example add an entry in the outlook calender (outlook window hides desktask), then wait for next DeskTask-Refresh (or press refresh) and then minimize outlook => result: the hidden part of DeskTask stays "un-refreshed" untill next refresh. In this example a black line is added to DeskTask.
The same bug appears in the system-startup: Outlook starts automatically in a window, after that DeskTask is started => result: when minimizing Outlook the area where the Outlook window has covered DeskTask stays black until the next refresh.
My system is running with an Intel graphics controller (no ATI !).
What could be the problem ???

This is for sure a graphics adapter problem.

I'm running right now a graphics adapter from Intel and I can't reproduce this.
try updating to the latest drivers of your model to see if it fixes this.

I've got a Problem, which could be have the same reason:

I've set 10 Minutes for DeskTask 1.0 RC2 refreshing Data from Outlook.

If I play Videos (DivX, DVD, MPEG, ...) in Fullscreen, all my Videoplayers (Windows Media Player 10, Media Player Classic, PowerDVD 6) are going back to Window-Mode (instead of Fullscreen) all 10 Minutes (allways when DeskTask refreshs the Outlook-Data).

I Hope that RC3 could solve this behaviour, because I love DeskTask ;-).
