Small suggestion for the calender:

Would be nice if the headings (e.g. "Tomorrow", "Monday",...) can be shown in a different colour.

By the way: Thnx al lot for this incredible piece of software... I ever searched for a tool like Deskstar.

Great program,

Would like to request feature(s) to include :

1/ a mini calendar view above the list of items.
2/ be able to resize box on desktop
3/ choose background colour not just black as transparency doesn't
work with 16bit colour depth.

Regarding your suggestions / bug reports:

1) I don't know about this, it goes a bit beyond the goals I set to DeskTask, it might be useful, and I will put it on the "Todo List" but is not a priority item.

2) The DeskTask Desktop window is optimized to be the size required by the items, what would be your ideia about resizing it?

3) This is a bug. I just been testing and it does not work due to the transparency level. This will be changed in RC2 to, in 16 bit color mode, be transparent, but without transparency level.

Thanks for your reply. Point 2, the reason for resizing is if you add time and location to the view it becomes extremely long. I would like it to be confined to a box and word wrap in the box I specify.

I normally have windows open to the side of this view so I can read it but if it becomes too long I can't read it any more.

I found another bug that if you request more than 5-6days when opening it can take a long time to process especially if there are no items.

As it's done now, it's a bit tricky change it's behavior, But I'll see what can be done.



I have my DeskTask Options set to 14 days, with items or no items it takes the same acceptable time. What do you mean by "long time" ?
