I keep getting 'cannot connect to server' on my vm running windows server 2019. I have applied a firewall except but still no joy.
Suggestion?

It's definitely something at your end since I just tested the new version in a VM without problems or necessity to change the Firewall settings.
All apps in the VM can access the internet?
The VM can acess https://www.bing.com?
