DeskTask shows on the desktop and says 'no appointments found'

I uninstalled and re-installed it-nothing.

Outlook Enterprise 2007 SP2

It used to work fine-now it doesn't; it MIGHT have stopped after installation of SP2.

I don't think that we should have to degrade Outlook to make Desktask work.

No appointments found is not an error.
it simply means it has not found any appointments using the current settings.

I'm not sure, if you had Outlook 2003 installed and it showed appointments and now you installed 2007 and it say no appointments found?

Either way DeskTask does support Outlook 2007.

It worked for months and months using Outlook 2007 and there are appointments there for it to find.

When I first installed DeskTask it was for Outlook 2007.

Why wouldn't it support 2007? Outlook is now up to 2010, which I also installed for awhile and it worked.

The home page says it is supported:

Requirements
Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista / Seven
Microsoft Outlook 2000 / XP / 2003 / 2007 Beta 2
(Not tested with previous versions of Outlook)

Have you discontinued updating DeskTask?

I uninstalled Outlook 2010 and went back to 2007 and now it doesn't find the appointments.

I'm sorry but I don't understand.If it worked before with Outlook 2007 why do you ask if it supports Outlook 2007?

Most likely your uninstallation of Outlook 2010 Beta and subsequent installation of 2007 left some sort of problem. It's not DeskTask related.


No. But it's something likely to happen since I cannot give constant support to Outlook related problems, particularly for a free application.

I've got the same problem. Two pc (mini and notebook) same configuration, both with office 2007 and connected with google calendar sync (os = xp).
Outlook's calendar it is the same in booth computers but desktask shows appointments only in the notebook (mini shows no appointments found).
Last week booth computers works well (shows appointments in correct way)
