 Unmovable with no options window

I have downloaded Desktask a number of times. When I try to use the product it doesn't show up on the screen until I choose "restore position" from the menu. When I choose that it opens in the center of the screen. I ahve tried to move it by hoding down the left mouse button and try to drag it. It doesn't move. When I go to the "options" option, it won't open. The only option that works is "quit application".

Hi,

This is a difficult one, something is definitely wrong in your DeskTask settings.

Since you installed the program a number of times, do you have registry knowledge?

I think the best way to start would be to delete the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Carthago\DeskTask

But please be careful when editing the registry

let me know if it did improve anything when starting DeskTask
