Think it will be not so hard to add a finish appointment time.
When you want to make an appointment by phone it's convenient if you can see the finish times.
Also I would like to see what kind of an appointment i have. Is it out of the office or just busy..

It's not difficult to add a finish appointment time, but I think it may bloat the DeskTask window.

I will consider this, since I read your suggestion I noticied that Outlook Today displays the start - end time, so It might be a good ideia, I will look into into.


This on the other hand I feel it's desnecessary, It's my opinion, however if more people ask for this feature I will include it.

I agree - appointment end times would be very helpful.

Another suggestion - like in Outlook Today, as appointment times are passed, could the text be grayed out a little? I like to be able to see the progression of my day.

I'd also like to thank you for an amazing product - I found it through a suggestion on the Microsoft Communities, and it's the only of its kind that I found. The only other suggestion I found was using Outlook through the active desktop - way too much overkill and hassle for what I was looking for. Your solution is simple and elegant.

allready threre is the possibility of not displaying past items in the day, do you think it was better to gray them out? or is it not displaying is enough?
