I'd like to have an option of not showing calendar items that occurred in the past. I have appointments earlier in the day that I don't want to see anymore. For tasks, I have some tasks that are marked off as completed (they have a line through them) but are showing.

I suppose that can be done, It will go down in the "todo list" and hopefully will be available in a future release.


Click Options - tasks and uncheck "show completed tasks", your completed tasks will not be shown.

I use an application called Pocket Informant for my pocket PC, and it has this functionality.

Very useful...
