Does the item showing in Tuesday have start time or is an all day event?

Hm, oh, I get your point. It's an all day event, but as I'm German and only temporarily on US Pacific time the task is split over to days (Tuesday to Wednesday) in OL.
OK....

Calendar tasks that split more than one day are not yet working very well. At the moment just the start time (and date) are taken into account.
Again this will be fixed in future versions.

I'm not sure How will this "several days" tasks display, but the general Ideia is to follow "Outlook Today" way of showing things.

anyway, if you have any ideias, tell me about them!

You can try it for your own, when you create a new whole day task and then change to other time zone (try mor thean 8 hours). For instance, my entries are dated to be from 3 pm to 3 pm (next day) after a time zone change from GMT+1 to GMT-8.
