I am using MemInfo 1.80.1 with WinXP Pro SP2. When I use the defrag memory function, I get this:

a Couple of things you can try

a) Download Latest version (1.80 SR2)
and
b) Try defragmenting without any other program loaded (apart from the normal ones you may have on the tray)

I had the same error & version. I installed SR2 and it still happended. I closed all programs except for firefox 1.5.0.10 and it had the same crash. I closed firefox down and it worked that time.
