Detect when a document is changed is checked in preferences but twistpad doesn't alert me when I delete a file outside twistpad.

and another small bug-
When you uncheck Show gutter in [Preferences \ Editor \ Display], twistpad unchecks the Show line number too so disabling takes 1 click but enabling it takes 2. not right..

Thanks, both will be done, can't promise the detect a file move or delete will be in 1.61, but if not, will be in upcoming versions.
