I get syntax errors almost every time i write a script .. and the common one is not closing a bracket.. so it will be better if twistpad can show you the bracket which doesn't have an opening tab( or vice-versa) in red !!

and
are there plans for syntax editor ?

Hi,

Try using Smart Brackets to see if it fits your needs. Also turning on Highlight Brackets can be helpful.

Twistpad is not a optimized to work in any particular language, it's a general programming IDE, so some automations found in specific language editors will most likely not be in twistpad.

Yes, a syntax editor is planned in the near future

Highligh brackets is already checked but it can only highlights the brackets that have some valid opening/closing tags.

This will help for :
CSS ({ and })
ASP
Fortran ([ and ])
JS+VBS (( and ),{ and }, [ and ])
MSDOS-BAT (" and ')
PHP
XML ( < and >)...
